hey Hamaza, i think i know how, when you see the "LOGIN" at the top of the screen, right above it is your profile name, click on that, then you should see a halo guy on the screen, next to it you should see a button that says "SUBMIT" click on that and i am pretty sure that it will take you to a screen where you can enter things like the video name and other stuff and then, fwoosh! you will probably have submitted a video!
